And in the context of SMS marketing, it can be used to create personalized messages that feel natural and engaging to the recipient.

When composing an SMS broadcast, click the new 'AI COPY' button. Paste a link from your brand's website to use in the text message, and the AI Assistant will read and understand the page's content to generate context for the message copy recommendations. If you want your messaging to be focused on a specific product or promotion, use a reference URL that links directly to the product page or enter the promotion details in the prompt.

The Listrak AI Assistant also allows you to choose a tone of voice, add context, keywords, and offers, and provide detailed instructions to inform message copy. Marketers can get creative and personalize messages with dynamic single-use coupon codes and imagery. A featured image can be pulled from the linked page, and marketers can choose to include the image in the message or revert to an SMS message instead of an MMS message. Additionally, the tool includes the freedom to modify the generated copy before scheduling and sending the campaign - so you feel confident what is sent matches your brand voice and goals for the campaign.
